A common characteristic of humanity is that it is something that is fundamental to us and all other humans,That they are to be recognized as someone of importance.It is also an important strategy to bring all people under our rule.

We need to deepen the impression that we view them as the most important person.When you gave importance to them,then they will do you a big favors.Without their knowledge, they will be your slaves.

No man wants to be treated as normal,Yah We also not like that we are treated as normal.

When we ignore someone, or While limiting their opinions,They will feel like that they are treated very poorly.This emotion can have a negative impact on you.

Some ways to make us we are important:

1. Listen closely to peoples speech or make them feel like you are giving importance to their ideas.

2. Always praise them for everything from small to great.Your appreciation is like to be making them feel like that their works are important.

3. Keep their name in your mind as well as pronounce their name without error.Say their name often and respectfully.(Everyone like this attitude)

4. if you Have answers to someone's question,Leave a little pause and answer without immediately responding.

This makes them important to his word,

this makes them You think about their words,

this makes them feel like that they are treated as respected manner.

when if you can't leave a little pause for an answer, just talk like "your opinion is correct"," i will do for you".This words will makes them happy.

Importantly, if you know that they do not like this kind of answer, then immediately abandon it.

5. If one waiting for speak with you or is waiting to see you, let them know that you know about they have come and waited.This will make them feel like that they are treated as important.As well as speak tender words such as "sorry for keeping you as wait" or "thank you for waiting for me".

6.Focus on everyone in a group.Make everyone feel important.

7. When you give importance to someone they will feel like they have a responsibility.Then definitely they will take responsibility for your work.
